Our design representative returns all calls within 24 business hours Monday thru Friday.

Ordering by personal check.

Ladybug Junction does accept personal check. Please be aware that orders will not be shipped until funds from personal checks, business checks, or money orders have cleared. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on product availability. Therefore items will be shipped 3-5 business days upon clearance.

Buyers will be charged a $25.00 service fee for returned checks.

Cancellations.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITTEN FORM. EMAIL CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE.

In the event of a cancellation after shipment, the buyer may refuse the shipment, however a 20% restocking fee and freight charges will be applied prior to buyer refund.

Shipping information.

ALL orders are shipped using 1 of the following : FedEx Home Delivery service, UPS Ground, or Priority Mail.

Ladybug Junction standard delivery time is 3-5 business days, however most orders ship same day or next business day.

Claims for items damaged during shipping.

Claims must be reported by phone or email within 10 days from receipt of order. Please keep all packaging and damages items as the shipping company will need to review the damaged items and packing.

Handcrafted items statement.

All items are Handcrafted imports. Articles are subject to some variation in size/shape/color.

Returns.

Ladybug Junction feels confident that the products offered are of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your payment excluding shipping costs within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the product is defective, we will replace the item or refund your payment whichever you choose.

Washed bedding will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their original retail packaging.

Sales Tax.

ALL Pennsylvania residents are subject to a 6.00% sales tax. Ladybug Junction is located in Allegheny County and is required to charge an additional 1.00% for a total of 7.00%.
